Tire wear, balancing, suspension work needed, wheel bearings. Check the easy stuff first before spending money.

Usually tire wear and balance in pickup! If you are sure ofyour tires check pitman arm for slack. Then check tie rod ends for lubrication and unescessary movement, that is not normal linkage movement. Ball joints would be next,to do this jack up from frame letting suspension hang use a pry bar to move suspension look for unnatural movement! Then check wheel bearings, usually you would no bad wheel bearings at any speed!!
