Engine won't start unless I press accelerator, it's not getting fuel when I turn ignition. Once it starts it runs smoothly. Changed fuel filter and was thinking fuel pump. Not sure what to do.

It's 17 years old. If that's the worst thing it dose leave it be and live with it.

I'd still like to know why it's doing it, it might lead to further problems.
