how do i connect the postive from the starter to the battery

There should be 3 wires that go to the starter if I'm correct. Ground, Constant Positive and a Ignition on off wire. Ground to any decent ground-frame-motor. Constant positive straight to battery...Then your ignition on off wire goes to the relay under your hood on the passenger side firewall If I remember correctly....I could be wrong, "may want some one else to chime in."

my truck wont start.sometimes it just clicks, ive put a bran new battery in it lst august.however, when i lifted my hood my battery had like tipped in a half way position towards the engine.i trry jumpin it ,putting a battery chaarger on it and it trys but doesnt catch enough to start it
