My fuse keeps blowing on my 1998 f150 it stops it from running or starting it is a ignition system fuse what could it be?

Try this. Replace the fuse then turn the key to the "on" position. Does it blow? If not, begin tracing the wires from the battery to the starter for shorts or bad contacts.
