how to reprogram the computer on my 2000 Ford F150 after transmission was rebuilt?

Can I reset or reprogram the computer? It's sending
mixed signal to tranny and I replaced all sensors

In some cased the system has to be reflashed by the dealer. You can try to reset it completely but you will loose any presets you may have put in the vehicle. You can do this by disconnecting just one battery cable and then turning on the headlight switch for at least one minute then turn off the switch and reconnect the cable. then see if it rests itself during the relearn drive procedure, that takes about 20 minutes of driving as you normally would. If it still act up then a reflash is the next step.
