Do you know if the replacement tranny was a new, rebuilt or used? If it was a rebuild or used it still might need the solenoids replaced inside the tranny, or the TCM is getting a conflicting signal from the ECM. I would get the codes read first and see if there are any transmission codes listed, if that doesn't show anything then a "live data" scan maybe advisable.
