I have a 2004 Ford F-150 pickup truck. There is a noise coming from both window panels on driver side. Of course, as the noise continues, the battery is run down.

Noise sounds something like a clicking noise.  It is coming from both of the panels of the doors of the driver's side.     When we charge vehicle it starts as battery has been charged, and noise is discontinued.  However when we remove charge after being on overnight, the next day the same problem occurs.   Battery down --- noises sound.

Clicking usually means you don't have enough juice to start the car. Sounds like it's time for a new battery. Have it load tested at your local auto parts store for free. What is the voltage? How old?
