what were the original colors of the 1979 Honda Civic?

I was given a 1979 Honda Civic. They spray painted it lime green and I don't know what was the original paint color. I want to restore it to an original color. Any idea what they were?

Your VIN number or body plate should tell you the original color codes for interior and exterior. Have it decoded by a dealership, call them and they will tell you what it means.

LOL - No VIN number on any Honda will tell you the original color of that car. A factory service manual will list the colors available for that year, or email me for the list: RunnungOnEmpty78@gmail.com
