the car is a 1987 t-bird. when i put a load on it while driven the car doesn't go

when i step on the gas all the way the car doesn't move. i only got like 5 psi of boost. all i did to the car was put head gasket on it and now the car is acting like that. i got perfect fuel pressure and vaccum. the turbo inside is got like a grese very black color.

Check the speed sensor.

sounds like your turbo is bad.
