My 1978 Thunderbird wont start.If the transmission is jumping out of gear will it cause the car to cut off and not start again?

Cranks but won't star.


I doubt that the transmission issue will cause it not to start. Check the basics first. Do you have spark? Do you have fuel? Do you have compression? HTH. -Jim
