What is a Q Code Landau Thunderbird. I read where it is called rare?

In looking at pictures of 1966 Thunderbirds one descriptions said, "this a rare Q Code Landau". What does that mean?

optional 6 way seat, The "Q code" with factory ice cold air & fully loaded with all the power amenities. exactly as it reads what it stands for.

Q-Code is a high performance engine. The Landau package included a special rear seat configuration, plus other equipment that was not included in the base car. !Q-code engines are not common to begin with, and to find that with the luxury package is likely very uncommon indeed.

66 Bird Q code in the VIN# stands for a 428 Engine with a c6 Transmission.
