Power steering pump identification wanted FRONT or REAR mounted 1963 thunderbird

I need to get a new power steering pump for a 1963 thunderbird. there are two versions, FRONT or REAR mounted, I cant find any tags or identification so can someone say what to look for to make sure I have the correct one, The reservoir is on top of the pump and the filter is inside I'm aware that it is NOT the "Pencil" thin filler style CARID do one that I could afford but need to know FRONT or REAR mounted

If manufacture date is before 6/63 it is front mounted.
