1976 Ford silonoid & coil issues

1976 Ford f250 truck
silonoid keeps blowing
out due to my coil
getting hot already
replaced and installed
new parts along with
starter,battery, ignition
regulator EVERYTHING
on this truck has been
replaced with new
parts and im still
having this problem
with coils getting hot
and blown silinoid  
leaving my truck
unable to start. Can
someone give me
some advice on what
may he causing my
oroblem?

This has a 12 volt coil due to solid state ignition system so yes they do run fairly warm, so the ignition coil and the started solenoid do not have any direct connection unless someone has messed with the wiring. Make sure your getting the correct ignition coil for a solid state ignition Ford product. This old it hard to say what has been done to it.

If you bought parts from auto zoo or nipa the parts may be inferior ( junk ) Things need to be tested before replacing to save time/money
