Re 1975 F250 460 2wd super cab camper special

1. Somehow, water gets into air cleaner /filter housing- is it coming frm  cowl vent and
how to correct
2. Which tank is the main tank
3. Very recently had exhaust pipe replaced- now gas gauges dont work and suspect
tank fuel switch inoperative - could wiring have been damaged during exhaust repair

1. I've never heard of this concern personally but there should be a flexible square tubing from the snorkel of the air cleaner housing to the front of the vehicle near the headlight or radiator. 2. The Fore Axle (Front) tank 3. it is very likely that the wiring for the fuel tanks was damaged or disconnected. It all runs down the left frame rail.
