You could have a bad U-joint causing the issue or a weight fell off the driveshaft. Only way I know of checking the balance of the driveshaft is to remove it and have it checked at a local machine shop or driveline specialy shop. Check your motor mounts too? Anyone else?

Does it vibrate when the vehicle is in park and the motor reved? What is the condition of the front suspension? I suggest you take it to a shop that has a frame lift where the components can be checked with the wheels off the ground and the motor running. Also check the rear suspension and make sure nothing is loose there.
