I have a 1988 Ford f150 that has been setting for a while and won't start when I turn the key there's a buzzing constant sound that comes from the starter relay replaced it but still making that sound any idea what the problem is

Here is the diagram, I can't see anything in line wit the relay that would cause that noise...?

Did you measure the voltage on the battery yet?

J know the battery is shot but shouldn't it still jump

Going to hook up voltage meter this evening and see. Selling the truck and obivouky worth more rumnning had always started before regarless of it sitting
