My 1987 Chevy s10 stalls out like a electrical to fuel problem it doesn't have to be hot for problem to exist

What could it be or where do I look first

IF you think it is electrical,check wire,s to pump and fuel relay,but it most likely will be the fuel pump.

where is the fuel pump on 87 s ten


It is in the gas tank,you will have to drop tank down to get it out.
