I drive a 1988 suburban wont start.

it gets spark but its not getting fuel and i cant seem to fix it..any ideas?

What's the fuel pressure? 9-13 PSI is the only acceptable range while cranking. Will it start with Carb cleaner?

Fuel pump fuel filter relay or ecm.
