lift kit for a 72 chevy suburban 4 x 4

Question type: Car Customization

the question is can I use...say 3 to 4" blocks front and rear for the leafs to get the ride height I want? I was told you never want to use blocks in the front, but I don't see the harm if the leafs are over the axle, don't plan on using this for hard core offroading, just a cruiser.

Blocks are not that great when it comes to actualy using your truck, but if you just keep on the streets I don't see why it would bother anything. Cheap and quick to instal too. Just don't try and push it too hard or you'll end up sorry.

never use blocks on front dangerous alot more moving parts
