how do i get the original hubcaps off for my 1985 monte carlo without a key

The lock bolts have a number on the head. Get that number, then check eBay, or go to the dealer and they can get you a new wrench. They are also color coded. Alternatively you can get the removal tool at Harbor Freight that mite be cheaper
