How to fix a Monte Carlo Landau front bench seat

Our front seat wont lock upright. It flops forward while driving. Are 1976 Landau know to
have this issue? Anyonr know how to fix this?

Fold the seat back forward and you'll see the latch mechanism. It probably just needs to be lubricated. White lithium grease is good for that. HTH. -Jim
