I replaced the battery and alternator and car runs good until I turn on headlights at night. Drains my battery.

Charging system needs to be checked when running the headlights, probably a bad ground wire that needs to be cleaned up. Make sure the ground wire to the body of the car is good.

sounds like the alt/voltage reulator is not charging..is it an 80 amp alt???(best) recheck it again
