I'm driving and I have to hit the brakes at a light or

Sounds like you injectors are clogging. My cavalear did the same thing. I started off by putting file injector treatment in the fuel, that helped for a while but started doing it again. So changed my air cleaner and cleaned out my throttle body and cleaned out all the plastics leading to it from the air cleaner. Their was a thick black looking sludge getting sucked into my throttle body that was cousing the problem. Works great now. Or it could be a vacune leak. If you have a vacune hose that has come off, it could couse that
