My 1988 toyota camry is shaking when I slow down and when I take off what do u think is going on?

possibly brake pads, but most likely the disks are deformed at the front caused by heat. get new ones.

Check your oil

You might consider a wheel alignment.. in the long run, your axels might be needing a change also.
