I have a 1985 Toyota Sr5 that won't start. I drove thru a big puddle and it stalled a few yards later. I coasted into my driveway. Now it only clicks when I try to start it. It may or may not be related to the puddle. An help would be appreciated. Thanks...Ron

Could be that the big puddle doused the spark plugs in water and they are no longer operating. Check them out. See if they are wet.

If you find the plugs are dry you may have a more significant problem like water in the engine. Trying to start the engine may actually increase the damage. So, check the plugs and if they're okay, call a mechanic.
