Is it very hard to change a fuel line on a 65 Chev Biscayne without doing a frame off restoration?

Not really, some tubing and a tubing bender for the curves and angles and that's really about it. On those that i use to do I always put on insulated tubing hangers, really cut back on any vibration that you might get.
