Asked by Sep 06, 2017 at 08:24 PM about the 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air

Question type: General

do I need to fill it slowly or is it because the current pump nozzle is different than back in the 50's?
Need recommendations.

On later GMs (from the '60s) the vent hose was on the upper right front of the tank. This will literally be just a hose that vents to the atmosphere. HTH. -Jim
