hub to hub its approx 59 inches common swaps Basically these all fit: 55-57 Chevy, no alterations except pin 70-81 Camaro/Firebird, relocate pin, use blocks 82-up S10 4x4, relocate perches zr2 will not fit to wide 59 inch exactly 68-74 and 75-79 Nova a lot of folks say work but I don't have data, and there is always the G-body rear if you want to cut off all the trailing arm and coil spring hardware. There are others which fit as well but those all also keep the bolt pattern.

I have a 1954 chevy 2dr ht with a 78 buick skylark rear end with leaf springs and the shocks mount up through the trunk can anyone tell me how to change the hook up for the shocks where they hook onto the frame instead of going through the trunk i am having some problems with the exhaust being in the way it has dual exhaust and a 350 engine thanks

To the guru above -- if this is possible you will probably have to move the shock mounts which will require welding. A muffler shop can customize the exhaust system.
