I have a 1990 cressida straight 6 never heard it run, was told it had a blown head gasket, no water in the oil but I was also told it did overheat.....how do I find out exactly what engine is in this

mix showing.  Don't know the engine size only that it's not a turbo.....how do I
find out the engine size and what's the next move ?

3.0-litre straight six 7M-GE, just because there is NO coolant showing in the oil the head gasket can still be Destroyed I would remove the head and check everything 26 years old!
