Anyone have any idea what could be the problem?

After Pressing The Gas My 1994 Celica Will Continue To Accelerate Even When I Take
My Foot Off The Gas.  I have to hod down to breake and shit to neutral where the are
continues to accelerate.  I then turn it off and turn it back on and it's accelerating.

Sounds like the throttle return spring has broken. Replace it and lube the throttle cable as well. HTH. -Jim
