Power was put to censor fried computer it was
replaced car still won't start I have spark

If battery power was put to a sensor then it could have blown some main fuses as well, relay can also be damaged by reverse polarity unless they are diode protected. You will also need to check ECM systems grounds, if power was also applied to them they are most likely damaged also.
