my 96 camry just stopped running. andit restarted a few times but would stall out after a few minutes. need help please

Possibly only running 3 cylinders instead of 4 had n escort that did the same thing

Might be a fuel Delivery issue. Try this. Go to the rear of the vehicle ans smack on the bottom of the fuel tank with the palm of your hand. This may vibrate the Fuel pump into working properly....temporarily. If the Engine seems to start up and run better,,,,,you may have a bad Fuel Pump. Other than that...special equipment is needed to check Fuel Pressure.
