where is the passenger side 'kick plate' electrical panel?

Hi Estimator! The kick plate is the plastic located inside the drivers side door under the dash. Many models store the fuse panel in in that panel under a cover or in the general area. Good luck!

Its under the dash next to the hood lift lever.
