Does the side blinker light supposed to

only if it is a side marker lamp and the parking/headlight switch is on.

No. The 'blinker' light is a different lamp than the 'side marker' or parking lamp or running light whatever you call it. Be it front or rear lamp. sheriffstech I have a lot of respect of your knowledge and answers in the short time I have seen them. I understand what you say, but it's a different lamp. And jones111 -- we know how to answer without your prompt.
