I have a 1999 4cyl Camry Le, when i drive the car past 60 mph there are very bad vibrations its been like this for a couple of years now but its getting worse. I've had tires and alignments done but it never went away, is it my axles. I've even replaced a bad tie rod and it only got a little bit better. S.O.S Help, please
Obvious things first, are the tires balanced. Has the car sat for an extended period, in which case check to make sure the tires haven't ovaled. If that doesn't lead to your answer. Get under the car and see what if anything is loose. Also make sure to check the CV boots for cracks. If the boots are cracked chances are the cv have worn prematurely due to the grease being lost or contaminated.
Usually the struts are bad that's the sign 60- 70 vibe ration But I would also look at tie end ball joints tires and wheel bearings But the sign for struts. Ck them for leaks.
