Possible CV joint or axle failure, or bad hub bearing, does it get louder during turns? Or do you notice?

Thanks..It doesn't seem to be there while turning the wheel.

Thanks for your suggestions but when I checked it in the daylight I found that a balancing weitht on the wheel was loose and making the clicking noise. Thanks again..

That will be much easier and cheaper repair, glad it's not major work.
