Where is the on board diagnostic port on a 2000 Camry?
within three feet of the ignition switch...at the base of the dashboard...about knee level~
It has to be within 3 feet of driver require no tools to access, but that does not mean it's not hidden behind an astray or some cover. I will look to see if I can find exactly
the pins on the connector are interesting~
Good mornin' Judge..didn't see that. But I came up with same. right under steering wheel ...16 pin
Waiting for the gavel to come down....
at least the 'knee level' was almost right...depends on the person there...yes the bacon has been smoked~ the judge does not judge~
good morning H25, I can hear your Texan voice as clearly as my Wisconsin voice comes though~ ...been up all night?
crossed into 40,000 mark territory...all I want to do is help people and their cars....sometimes the advise I'm reading on the subject is just Plumb Wrong~ and when I'm parroting this mis-information is almost impossible to retract the bogus info~
Half the pins are "vendor option"....ain't that a dandy...the trail of breadcrumbs eaten by wild birds~
Nope, not last night, got more and better sleep than usual. 11Pm to 4:30AM... pretty good for me.... good morning to ya'll
What does vendor option even mean? a pin for an option the car may or may not have?
What does vendor option even mean? a pin for an option the car may or may not have? And you are gonna pass me...just a mater of time...this fall probably. I hope, the sooner the better you deserve it
nope...I'll keep pumpin' u like a bicycle tire~
I could just take a powder...but couldn't help but notice that the points keep rollin' in from even six months ago as people are seeing what they want to hear and clickin'~....rather than "I'm the MAN" and will take on any question, have been a little more selective...tho one of us should be on hand at all times...thought we could count on tenspeed~ he's not one of us tho.....mellow fellow....not~
'option'.....is there any yummy informative data to be had with one of those pins? going to have to study on what the "option" is doing for your code reader~
