I was wondering if the Tacoma 2005 and up came as a manual, 4 cyl, and 4 full size doors

Yes, they do.

You can get a manual in most models except the double cab (4 door) long bed model. The DC LB only comes in auto, and anything with 4 full sized doors only comes with the V6. You could get an access cab with a 4cyl, but it just has the small bench seats and half doors for the rear.
