How to stop my Chev. 3500 454 from over heating.. I have had the radiator cleaned, replaced hoses, cap, thermostat, water pump, clutch fan but still runs to hot just pulling itself around, no load.

Try a cooler thermostat and a set of electric cooling fans.

drain the system buy 2 bottles of water wetter add to radiator and fill with straight water.then report back...

Might check the fan clutch....

Change to a 165 degrees has to run cooler
