when you start the truck and put it in gear it dies.... what do you think the problem is?

if you up the revs a bit can you keep it running?


is it manual?? auto?? what year is it?? does it idle low?? may be timing


it was a vacuum hose came off thats why it was dieing. it is a auto and it is a 1990 and it idle fast.


ya. when i keep my foot on the gas it will stay running. i found the problem it was a vacuum hose came off.
