1993 Chevy s-10 pickup. 5 speed. Truck has neededvto be jumped more and more. Starts 2-3 times...needs to be jumped 2-3 times. Very speratic. Replaced battery. All the lights radio etc work at full S

So have the battery recharged and checked, draining a battery continuously is really hard on them unless you get a battery that is designed for it, now it sounds like the alternator has finally burned out, today's alternators are not designed to charge a weak or dead battery, the alternator will burn itself out. After you have everything checked out and the problem parts replaced then check for any draws on the system, hopefully you won't find any but it never hurts to check.
