i have a 1995 c1500 4.3 l 2wd no rear brakes had all hardware changed, drums , wheel cylinders shoes everything bled brakes all the way around took it to emissions no rear brakes what could it be

Check the master cylinder. If brake fluid bled out the rear cylinders then you know the lines are not blocked. If you pumped the master cylinder to bleed the brakes and fluid squirted out under pressure at the rear it is not the master cylinder. I would adjust the drum brakes, if the adjuster is backed all the way out it could explain your problem.
