Sounds like someone didn't bleed the system properly of air or your low on coolant.

If the blower is working and putting out cold air..... Two things to check; 1.Thermostat ~~~~~ Easy Fix! 2. Heater Core ~~~~~ Expensive Fix! Let us know, OK?
