brake lights came on while in garage, no one around ,when i start car dash lights come on by themselves, ihave to disconnect battery to keep charged how do i fix this problem

Sounds like you could have an abs issue. You should have a dealer look at it. It's normal for all the light to light up and go off every time the car is started.
