ford f150 lariat

Asked by Mar 01, 2010 at 08:53 PM about the 2007 Ford F-150

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Question pertaining to periodical jerking of the power steering. Sometimes not smooth when turning. Will shift into overdrive at 43 miles per hour. Have been a Chevy driver all my life and this 2007 ford is my first. Is this steering and late shifting normal for a Ford. Thanks in advance.

steering stabilizer might be good, just get the ecu re-flashed so that the trans won't do that anymore
