does anybody know how to bypass smog control on 1969 428 cobrajet if so how?

im purchasing a1969 ford torino with a 428 cobrajet with smog system how do you go about disconnecting or bypassing?

Couldn't find anything at all about bypassing smog control. Maybe check a Chilton or haynes manual for the car? Not sure if they have them for classic cars though.
