Hello I am wanting to put a comp camshaft in my 68 mustang 302 small block engine but Idk if I will also need new pistons or headers or what? Please help if you could help me if I would need anythin.

It depends on the lift & duration of the cam you choose. Higher perf cams require solid or roller lifters, notched high compression pistons, high rate valve springs, double row cam gear & timing chain, timing cover, etc, you can "bump" the stock duration a little bit to (284 degrees duration?) but not much. Higher lift cams need clearence or the valves will hit the Pistons! Be careful. Consult the cam mfg. for specs.
