I have bad credit

You're going to have to ask them. Maybe they can get you financed. Just be prepared to pay a very high interest rate.

There could be some in your area, they call it "Buy here, pay here"

Here's the joke- anyplace that will loan you money to buy a car when you have bad credit, is the place that you do NOT want to buy a car from- if you have bad credit, you should start rebuilding your credit- you can not do that by getting cars out of your price range- pay cash- and quit dreaming of all the impossible possibilities-

To help with rebuilding credit and get a car, at the same time, join a credit union and ask them for help as you need it. They can get you a car sale to pick from that gives you access to cars the lots would mark up. The credit union tries to reduce them to sensible numbers. their rates are lower and they might get you a lower payment as well as a safer car. with better resale value.

I have extremely bad credit, can I still purchase a used car? And can the dealership help?

yes but interest rates are through the roof. I'm in your boat and 2 offers both were 24%. but i will keep trying, hopefully i can get a decent deal here. Good luck.
