Did you degree the cam? Did you run the cam advanced, retarded or straight up? Is it possible that you are 1 tooth off on the cam timing? Is the ignition advance working properly? Is the ignition timing correct? Did it run better before installing the cam?

I set the timing chain at zero and the engine was at tdc it was put back together as stock no advance or retarded.
