night time running lights
all my lights will burn except for the parking lights and night time brakelights. i was wonderin if neone could give me possible answers on where to start lookin
Those type lights use a bulb that has two filaments. I'd try changing the bulb first, it could be just one part of the bulb.
Hmm... I'm not sure I'm fully understanding the question/problem....Are you saying you've put new bulbs in and they burn out fast, but last a period of time first? In that case it seems like too much amperage is getting to 'em. Is your voltage within reason or is your regulator failing? Check the voltage while the car is running, if it's over 13.9 volts or so you'll start to eat up lights since the filaments don't handle the increased amperage very well. That's all I can think of at the moment, anyone else got something?
dude....what do you drive...do you turn your lights on by yourself, or do they just come on when you start the car????
i have a 91 cutlass ciera that has lights that come on when the car is started...i dont have to use the switch, but that is a common problem with those cars...try replacing your light switch
